Children:
Children under 3 years old that share a room with their parents will not pay for lodging.
Reservations:
Reservations are according to availability and can be made:
- Directly at our offices in Quito-Ecuador: Av. Rep De El Salvador N35-82 and Portugal, Twin Towers building, ground floor, Tel: (593) - 2 252 488/489/ 490 Ext. 102
- By calling the Mindo Garden Administration cell phone: (593) - 097 33 10 92
- By electronic mail at this address: contact@mindogardens.com or, for national visitors, at: contacto@mindogardens.com

Once your reservation request has been confirmed, it will be considered tentative until you re-confirm by paying 100% of the total.
To ensure your space in the inn or on package tours, please make the 100% payment as soon as possible.
Payment:
- If you are in Ecuador, you can visit our offices in Quito to formalize your reservation.
The payment can be made in cash, by credit card or by check made out to Mindo Turismo.
- Payments made from outside Ecuador are by bank transfer. Please request the necessary information.
Arrival at the Inn (Check-in):
Check-in to the rooms starts at 1 p.m. That time can be moved up according to availability.
Departure from the Inn (Check-out):
Check-out from the rooms should be done before 11 a.m.
Modifications:
Changes or modifications in the reservations should be made 15 days in advance and are subject to availability at Mindo Garden.
Cancellations
If you cancel your reservation, a percentage of the total amount will be returned to you according to how far ahead of time you make the cancellation:
- More than 60 days before your scheduled arrival at the inn: – 90% reimbursed
- 16 to 60 days before your scheduled arrival at the inn – 50% reimbursed
- 0 to 15 days before your scheduled arrival at the inn – no reimbursement
Changes to Excursions and Package Tours:
Mindo Garden reserves the right to modify or change the package tours or excursions without prior notice due to circumstances beyond its control or for the benefit of the safety and well-being of its visitors.
